How this dataset is built

One event per product and decision, from the day it takes effect until the next one. The price is recorded exactly as published, in local currency, never converted; where a decision between two tracked ones is missing, the change is not computed and the summary says so.

The legal text or the agency's own notice first, then the trade press that cites it.
Every value carries the page it came from and the sentence that states it, checked word for word by the server.
Nothing is estimated or carried forward: a date or a number no page states is left out.
