Huygens touched down on 14 January 2005 — the most distant landing ever made, and still the only one in the outer Solar System.

Unprotected survival: Minutes. You would need oxygen and heavy insulation, but no pressure suit — the pressure is survivable.

The bedrock is water ice, hard as granite at 94 K, over a subsurface ammonia-water ocean. The liquid on the surface is methane and ethane.
