What Brumalia Tholus is
Brumalia Tholus is a tholus — a small domical mountain or hill — on Vesta, 48.2 km across, centred at 6.3° S, 65.0° E. It is the 24th largest named feature on Vesta and the 1st largest of its class there.
Where the name comes from
Roman festival of Bacchus celebrated on the day of the winter solstice. The International Astronomical Union approved the name in 2012, under the theme it applies to every tholus on Vesta.
What it would take to settle Brumalia Tholus
