Turan Planum is a planum — a high plain or plateau — on Venus, 800 km across, centred at 13.0° S, 116.5° E in the Ovda Regio quadrangle. It is the 251st largest named feature on Venus and the 4th largest of its class there.

Etruscan goddess of love, health, and fertility. The International Astronomical Union approved the name in 2003, under the theme it applies to every planum on Venus.
