Sinai Tholus is a tholus — a small domical mountain or hill — on Mars, 200 km across, centred at 15.5° S, 80.0° W in the Coprates quadrangle. It is the 408th largest named feature on Mars and the 4th largest of its class there.

Where the name comes from

Classical albedo feature, Sinai. The International Astronomical Union approved the name in 2020, under the theme it applies to every tholus on Mars. Of the 29 features of this class catalogued on Mars, the naming categories run Greek (16), Latin (9), China (3), Great Britain (1).
