Artynia Catena is a catena — a chain of craters — on Mars, 279 km across, centred at 47.7° N, 119.5° W in the Arcadia quadrangle. It is the 334th largest named feature on Mars and the 7th largest of its class there.

Where the name comes from

Named for classical albedo feature at 54N, 137W. The International Astronomical Union approved the name in 1985, under the theme it applies to every catena on Mars. Of the 16 features of this class catalogued on Mars, the naming categories run Greek (10), Latin (5), Roman (1).
