Kov Ava Chasma is a chasma — a deep, steep-sided canyon — on Venus, 470 km across, centred at 58.8° S, 21.8° E in the Lada Terra quadrangle. It is the 430th largest named feature on Venus and the 50th largest of its class there.

Where the name comes from

Mordovian (Volga River Finn) forest mistress. The International Astronomical Union approved the name in 1997, under the theme it applies to every chasma on Venus. Of the 63 features of this class catalogued on Venus, the naming categories run Siberia (5), Slavic (4), Caucasus (4), Greek (3).
