Arcadia Planitia is a planitia — a low plain — on Mars, 2,245 km across, centred at 49.0° N, 171.8° W in the Diacria quadrangle. It is the 20th largest named feature on Mars and the 6th largest of its class there.

Where the name comes from

From classical albedo feature at 45N, 120W. The International Astronomical Union approved the name in 1973, under the theme it applies to every planitia on Mars. Of the 10 features of this class catalogued on Mars, the naming categories run Greek (8), Latin (2).
