Gemini Scopuli is a scopulus — an irregular scarp — on Mars, 1,000 km across, centred at 80.4° N, 26.1° E in the Mare Boreum quadrangle. It is the 83rd largest named feature on Mars and the 3rd largest of its class there.

Classical albedo feature name. The International Astronomical Union approved the name in 2006, under the theme it applies to every scopulus on Mars. Of the 13 features of this class catalogued on Mars, the naming categories run Latin (6), Greek (6), Roman (1).
