Embla Coronae is a corona — an oval feature raised by rising material beneath the crust — on Venus, 132 km across, centred at 28.9° N, 154.6° W in the Nemesis Tessera quadrangle. It is the 905th largest named feature on Venus and the 297th largest of its class there.

Where the name comes from

Scandinavian Earth goddess, creator of life. The International Astronomical Union approved the name in 2006, under the theme it applies to every corona on Venus. Of the 340 features of this class catalogued on Venus, the naming categories run India (16), Greek (14), Celtic (12), Roman (11).
