Reichenbach is a crater — a circular depression, almost always an impact scar — on The Moon, 64.8 km across, centred at 30.5° S, 48.0° E in the Fracastorius quadrangle. It is the 748th largest named feature on The Moon and the 531st largest of its class there.

Where the name comes from

Georg von; German optician (1772-1826). The International Astronomical Union approved the name in 1935, under the theme it applies to every crater on The Moon.
